01Where can I see the prices?+
All prices are shown in the Packages step. Fill in the order form, tap Proceed to payment, and choose the package that fits your idea, style and level of detail.
02How long does a custom tattoo design take?+
Delivery times vary depending on complexity and current workload. Most designs are completed within a few days.
03Will my tattoo be unique?+
Absolutely. Every custom tattoo design is created exclusively for you. You won't see hundreds of people walking around with the same tattoo.
04Can I request changes to my design?+
Yes. Revisions are available depending on the package selected. Our goal is to make sure you're happy with the final result.
05Can you recreate a tattoo I found online?+
We can use existing tattoos as inspiration, but we do not copy other artists' work. Every design is created with originality in mind.
06Do you tattoo people?+
No. VylenInk provides tattoo designs only. You can take the finished design to your preferred tattoo artist.
07Do you offer refunds?+
Because every design is custom-made and requires significant time and creative work, refunds are generally not available once the design process has started.
08Do you offer giveaways?+
Occasionally. Special giveaways may be organized during major community milestones such as 10K, 20K, 50K followers and beyond. Follow our social media to stay updated.
